Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Daito Iwasaki (trading as AESTIHARMONY; “I”, “me”) handles personal information on the website daitoiwasaki.com (the “Site”).

The Gymnastics AI app is covered by a separate policy. See the app privacy policy — its scope is different from this one.

1. Who I am

2. What I collect

When you use the contact form on the Site, I collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The category of your enquiry
• The content of your message

Unless you submit the form, I do not collect your name, email address or any other personal information. Simply browsing the Site does not provide me with this information.

3. How I use it

Information you provide is used only for the following purposes:

• Replying to your enquiry and corresponding with you
• Clarifying requirements, preparing quotations, and communication necessary to carry out work

It is not used for any other purpose. I will not send you marketing or promotional email without your consent.

4. Third parties and external services

I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with third parties without your consent. The Site does, however, rely on the following external services.

Receiving enquiries (Discord)

Submissions from the contact form are delivered to me via Discord (Discord Inc., United States), in a location only I can access. Discord is a US company, and the information is therefore processed on servers outside Japan. By submitting the form you consent to this handling.

If you would prefer your information not to be transferred outside Japan, please do not use the form — email me directly at contact@aestiharmony.com instead.

Analytics (Google Analytics)

The Site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, United States) to understand how pages are used and to improve them. This collects information such as the pages viewed, referring source, approximate region and device environment, via cookies and similar technologies. This is aggregate, non-identifying data, and it is never linked to your name or email address.

If you would rather not be included, you can disable cookies in your browser or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Others

• Vercel (Vercel Inc., United States) — hosting. Request logs are processed on their servers.
• Google Fonts (Google LLC, United States) — serving the typefaces used on the Site.

I do not set any cookies of my own. Cookies set by the services above are governed by their respective policies.

5. Disclosure required by law

I may disclose information to the extent necessary where required by law, or where it is needed to protect someone’s life, safety or property and obtaining consent is not practicable.

6. Retention

Enquiry content is retained for as long as it is needed as a record of our correspondence or engagement. Once it is no longer needed, or if you ask me to delete it, it is deleted promptly.

7. Access, correction and deletion

You may ask me to disclose, correct, suspend the use of, or delete the personal information I hold about you. Write to contact@aestiharmony.com and I will act without undue delay once I have confirmed your identity.

8. Children

The Site is not intended to collect personal information from children. If information is submitted without a guardian’s consent and this comes to my attention, I will delete it promptly.

9. Security

I take appropriate measures to protect information against loss, alteration and unauthorised disclosure, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and restricted access.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be announced on the Site.
