This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application "Gymnastics AI" ("the App") handles user information. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

2. Core Principle — Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not automatically collect personal information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, location data, contacts, photos, or device identifiers. No account registration is required. The App does not display ads and does not use analytics tools.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

The following information is stored only on your device and is not sent to our servers:

• Routines you create (selected elements, order, and connection value designations)
• Settings such as selected event and screen preferences
• A flag indicating whether premium features are enabled

This data is deleted from your device when you uninstall the App.

4. Element Data Download (GitHub)

The App communicates with an external public file (skills.json hosted on GitHub) to retrieve the latest element master data. This is a standard HTTPS request solely for fetching public data; no personal information is transmitted. As with any internet communication, the hosting provider (GitHub) may log your IP address. Please refer to GitHub's Privacy Statement for details.

5. Feedback Submission

Only when you use the App's "Feedback" feature, the content you enter (category, event, element name, and message body), along with the app version and OS type (iOS/Android), is sent to our communication service (Discord). Feedback is voluntary — none of this information is transmitted unless you choose to send it. Please do not include personally identifiable information in your message.

6. In-App Purchases

Premium feature purchases are processed through Apple (App Store). Payment information (e.g., card numbers) is handled by Apple — we do not receive it. The only information the App retains is whether premium is active or not. You can manage purchases and subscriptions from your App Store account settings.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following external services. Each service's handling of information is governed by their respective privacy policies:

• Apple (App Store / In-App Purchases)
• GitHub (Element data distribution)
• Discord (Feedback destination — only when the user submits feedback)

8. Children's Privacy

While the App does not collect personal information, parents and guardians should ensure that children do not include personal information in feedback messages.

9. Data Access & Deletion

Since we do not store personal data on our servers, there is generally no data subject to disclosure or deletion requests. Data stored on your device is deleted when you uninstall the App.

10. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be updated as necessary. Significant changes will be announced within the App or on related pages.
