Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the mobile application "Gymnastics AI" ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

The App is a reference tool that calculates D-Scores (Difficulty Scores) for artistic gymnastics using data based on the FIG (International Gymnastics Federation) Code of Points. Per-event calculation is available for free.

2. Important Disclaimer (Accuracy of Scores)

• Calculation results provided by the App are reference values only and do not replace official judging or official records in competition.
• Element data and calculation logic may differ from actual scores due to rule revisions, input content, or interpretation. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any calculation result.
• In actual competitions, always follow official rules and judges' decisions. We accept no liability for any consequences arising from the use of this App.

3. Pricing & Subscription

• The "All Events" feature (managing and viewing All-Around totals) is available through a premium auto-renewing subscription. Per-event D-Score calculation is free.
• Price: ¥500/month (tax included; prices are subject to change, and the price shown on the App Store at the time of purchase applies).
• Period: 1 month (auto-renewing).
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged the same amount unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Management & Cancellation: After purchase, you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store account settings. Please cancel before the next renewal date.
• Purchases are processed through Apple (App Store). The Apple Standard End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA) also applies.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App and its components (software, design, curated element data, etc.) belong to the developer or their rightful owners. Users may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute these beyond the scope of personal use.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not engage in the following:

• Any act that violates laws or public order
• Any act that interferes with the operation of the App, unauthorized access, or reverse engineering (except as permitted by law)
• Sending content that infringes on the rights of third parties or is otherwise inappropriate through the feedback feature

6. Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is," and we make no warranties, express or implied.
• We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as necessary. Significant changes will be announced within the App or on related pages. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute between us and a user regarding the App, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith discussion. If no resolution is reached, the court with jurisdiction over the developer's (Daito Iwasaki) place of residence shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
