Privacy Policy

This is a reference translation. The Japanese version is the authoritative text. Where the two differ, the Japanese version governs.
This policy describes how Daito Iwasaki, trading as AESTIHARMONY (“I”, “me”), handles personal information in gymusic (the “Service”).
1. What I collect

2. What I do not collect
- Passwords — sign-in is via Google only, so I never handle them.
- Card details — the Service has no billing, so none are handled.
- Your ElevenLabs API key — it is stored only in your browser and is never sent to or stored on my server.
3. Why I collect it
- To provide the Service (creating, saving and reopening pieces)
- To manage usage limits
- To investigate faults and improve quality
- To notify you of significant changes
It is not used for anything else. I will not send you marketing.
4. Third parties
The Service relies on the following external services. I do not sell your information.

All three are US companies, so this information is processed outside Japan. By using the Service you consent to this handling.
5. Where it is kept, and for how long
- Service data is held on servers in Japan.
- Account information — for as long as the account exists
- Pieces, structures, generated audio and uploads — until you delete them
- Technical logs — 90 days

No advertising or behavioural-analytics cookies are used.
7. Your rights
- You can delete your pieces and generated audio from within the Service.
- To delete your account, or to see what is held about you, write to the address below. I will act without undue delay once I have confirmed your identity.
8. Security
- Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS).
- Access to information is restricted.
- The design keeps API keys off the server entirely.
9. Changes and contact
- This policy may be updated. Significant changes will be announced on the Service.
